Kay’s work in the Diocese of Chicago has given us valuable tools and has made a significant difference in the health of several of our congregations. Kay has both consulted directly with congregations here and has trained our Staff Ministries Team in the Holy Conversation model, which we in turn are using with congregations. We find it especially helpful in enabling churches that have experienced conflict or trauma to move forward. In addition to her other strengths, Kay has wonderful energy and warm humor that make it a joy to have her as a colleague.

Kay Collier McLaughlin has a better command of process than anyone I know; and the amazing ability to use it to help people speak the truth and hear the truth that others speak.
The Rt. Rev. Stacy F. Sauls Chief Operating Officer The Episcopal Church July 8, 2015

She comes from the unique 'family' of design consultants who have the ability to listen to the specific needs of the client, design trainings to meet those needs and facilitate the training utilizing experiential learning of concepts and theories that can lead to practical and transformative change.
