Approaches to ideas include short narrative presentations, interactive activities, and reflective processes such as group interaction and numerous ways of responding reflectively to what has been experienced. Self awareness is a primary goal of training, moving to other awareness, ability to recognize and own emotional responses and processes and manage one’s self in the midst of anxious times in any system or organization.
